Exfolē8 Policies

When you visit Exfolē8, you will receive a customized skin fitness analysis. Your face represents many of your organs, so all treatments will be personalized with a holistic approach. We provide a luxurious touch, efficient corrective skincare options and expert waxing. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will be intently dedicated to making your skin beautiful.

Reservations & Appointments

Appointments can be made over the phone, in person, or via online booking agent. We recommended scheduling your appointment in advance. We will do our best to accommodate same day appointments or walk-ins. When requesting an appointment, it is required that each guest have a valid credit card number and expiration date to secure any service 30 minutes or longer. For maximum availability, we suggest that you reserve your next appointment prior to departing the spa.

Appointment Confirmation

Upon scheduling your 1st appointment at Exfolē8 we will need you to provide us with a valid email address to confirm and remind you of your scheduled appointment(s) 2 days prior to your spa services and as a courtesy reminder to arrive 10 minutes prior to any spa service. All first time skincare clients are encouraged to complete a consultation form prior to initial skin care treatment. This should be emailed before your first appointment. If you are unable pre-send your from, then please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to fill out any consultation forms, use the restroom, relax, and have a moment for yourself before your treatment begins. If you are late for your service we will do our best to accommodate you during your reserved time. Please note that your appointment time will end on time.


PLEASE READ – Cancellation / No Show POLICY

Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve our clients.
Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter our skincare center.

We limit the number of clients we see every day to ensure the highest level of quality in our services. We depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.

In order for us to reserve a place in our schedule for you, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy, as follows:

To avoid any fees, clients must cancel or change an appointment 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. This will allow time to offer your time slot to another guest. A charge will occur if we are unable to fill the appointment. We will do our best to fill these openings, we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place then charge for a cancellation.
In the event of a last minute cancellation (within 24 hours of appointment time) or no show, the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

IF YOU ARE RESCHEDULING, and within our late cancel policy, the credit card on file will be charged the day of the original appointment. There will be a 10 day grace period to make up the appointment (no charge). It is YOUR responsibility to reschedule the appointment online using our booking site. After 10 days, the prepaid service amount is no longer valid.

No exceptions.

If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you, this is part of the agreement you are making with our business. By doing so, it will protect our ability to serve you and all of our customers and remain open as a small business. Unexpected events such as: work meetings, illness, travel delays and work emergencies are not exempt from our policy.

If you are running late for your appointment, please note that your appointment may be cut short so we can stay on schedule.

As a courtesy, you have the option to receive a text or email reminding and/or confirming your appointment 48 hours in advance.

A valid credit card must be provided and will be kept securely on file for all appointments 30 minutes in length.

If our cancellation policy is not honored, we reserve the right to charge the card on file accordingly.

We accept cash, Quick pay/Zelle, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay or G Pay for spa services, gift certificates, and product. Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated in reflection to how you enjoyed your service(s). Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience and are only accepted in the form of cash.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are always a welcome gift for lovers of Exfolē8’s treatments! Gift Certificates are available for all services and products in any denomination and are valid for five years (260 weeks). Gift certificates are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Physical copies of certificates in beautiful gift boxes can be mailed to recipients for an additional $5.00. Design your gift certificate, preview it, and then send or print it immediately online. It is fast and easy!


For your health, all of our implements are disinfected and/or sanitized to the extreme utilizing Hospital Grade disinfectant killing more germs and viruses including:  Covid-19,  HIV, HBV, HCV and HAV.   Exfolē8 utilizes a UV sterilizer when needed. Our sheets, towels, robes and slippers are washed in Clorox Bleach and mild fragrance free detergent. Our spa is also cleaned with clorox bleach where applicable.


We provide the use of facial gowns for your comfort level or you’ll remain clothed depending on the service. Spa panties are available during waxing appointments and body treatments if necessary.

Food & Beverage

The spa provides complimentary water to all spa guests. Our clients look forward to sampling a taste of chocolate post service.

Little Ones

Exfolē8 is a family-friendly company. Infants can accompany moms for specific treatments such as waxing. Under no circumstance are children allowed when a parent is receiving a “spa treatment”. Please contact Exfolē8 to discuss specific situations regarding little ones.
