Reservations & Appointments
Appointments can be made over the phone, in person, or via online booking agent. We recommended scheduling your appointment in advance. We will do our best to accommodate same day appointments or walk-ins. When requesting an appointment, it is required that each guest have a valid credit card number and expiration date to secure any service 30 minutes or longer. For maximum availability, we suggest that you reserve your next appointment prior to departing the spa.
Upon scheduling your 1st appointment at Exfolē8 we will need you to provide us with a valid email address to confirm and remind you of your scheduled appointment(s) 2 days prior to your spa services and as a courtesy reminder to arrive 10 minutes prior to any spa service. All first time clients are encouraged to click on the link to fill out your consultation form prior to your initial skin care treatments. This should be emailed before your first appointment. If you are unable pre-send your from, then please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to fill out any consultation forms, use the restroom, relax, and have a moment for yourself before your treatment begins. If you are late for your service we will do our best to accommodate you during your reserved time. Please note that your appointment time will end on time.
Your appointments are very important us, as they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations via the phone, email or online booking agent. An appointment reminder will be sent via email or text 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. As a courtesy, please confirm (click the green button) your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you do not contact Exfolē8 to reschedule or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service(s) to the card we have on file. Late cancellations result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services to the card we have on file. You will have two weeks (14 days) to reschedule your appointment via phone or email or online booking agent. If there is a remaining amount for your service(s), then the difference will be charged after you enjoy your rescheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours of your appointment time you will be charge the full amount of your service. If you reschedule your appointment within 3 hours of your service you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee and the appointment must be rescheduled within 7 days. If not rescheduled in seven days, you will be charged the full amount for the cancelled service.
